These Terms & Conditions and Disclaimers apply to all services provided by Divine Healing UK, operated by Louise Frances (Reid), including but not limited to:
 

• Soul Progression Readings

• Spiritual Mediumship (as an integrated component)

• Reiki Healing

• Spiritual Healing Sessions (including Reiki and mediumship elements)

• Bespoke Channelled Meditation Sessions

• Meditation Workshops & Courses (Adults, Children & Young People)
   

By booking, attending, or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Divine Healing UK are spiritual, complementary, educational, and personal‑development‑based.

Services may include:

• Energetic and spiritual guidance

• Soul‑led reflection and insight

• Spiritual and energy‑based healing practices

• Meditation, awareness, and relaxation techniques

Important Clarifications

• No outcomes, experiences, or insights can be guaranteed

• Services do not predict future events with certainty

• Services are non‑religious and non‑therapeutic
   

These services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

2. Soul Progression Readings

Soul Progression Readings are designed to:

• Support connection with your own spirit, higher self, or Source

• Offer insight into soul growth, personal development, and life lessons

• Provide spiritual and energetic guidance to support clarity and alignment
   

These sessions focus on inner awareness and personal evolution, not fortune telling.

3. Spiritual Mediumship (Integrated Component)

Spiritual mediumship may occur as a component of Soul Progression Readings and Spiritual Healing Sessions, including those delivered alongside Reiki.
 

Mediumship is offered only as part of a broader spiritual and energetic framework and is not offered as a standalone service.

Please note:

• Communication with loved ones in spirit or spiritual guides cannot be guaranteed

• No specific communicator, message, or outcome can be requested

• Mediumship arises only where appropriate

• If no communication occurs, this does not affect the value of the session

• All information shared is subjective and open to interpretation

Mediumistic information is offered for spiritual insight and reflection only and must not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.

4. Reiki Healing & Spiritual Healing Sessions

Reiki is a complementary energy healing practice intended to support relaxation and wellbeing. Spiritual healing sessions may integrate Reiki with other energetic and spiritual elements, including mediumship where appropriate.

Medical & Safety Requirements

• Reiki and spiritual healing do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent illness

• You should consult a General Practicioner or qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions

• Written confirmation may be required if you are undergoing medical treatment

• Essential life‑sustaining medication must be brought to sessions

Sessions may be refused or discontinued where participation is deemed unsuitable for wellbeing.

5. Bespoke Channelled Meditation Sessions

Bespoke meditation sessions are live, intuitively channelled experiences delivered in person.

Session Content

• Each meditation is uniquely created at the time of delivery with standard introductions and closing sections 

• Clients receive a written meditation script following the session. All sessions are recorded for accuracy and deleted upon transcription 

• Recording the meditation in your own voice is optional but encouraged

Important Notes

• Sessions are for personal development and experiential purposes only

• Content cannot be guaranteed

• Meditations must not be used while driving or operating machinery

Recordings are deleted once safe delivery is confirmed.

6. Meditation Workshops & Courses (In Person Only)
 

Workshops and courses are educational and experiential, non‑therapeutic and non‑clinical, and delivered live in group settings.

Children & Young People

• Parental or legal guardian consent is required for all children and young people

• The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate information and confirming legal responsibility

• Communication relating to children’s courses will be directed to the parent or legal guardian

• Safeguarding procedures and professional boundaries are maintained at all times

7. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

By booking or attending any service, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older (unless attending a supervised youth session)

• You are mentally and emotionally able to participate

• You are not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

• You disclose information relevant to your wellbeing

• You accept responsibility for your own interpretation, decisions, and actions

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

8. Booking, Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking

• The deposit represents a genuine contribution towards pre‑session preparation

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: deposit may be refunded or transferred

• Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit is normally non‑refundable except in genuine emergencies

• If Divine Healing UK cancels, the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred

Additional Refund Terms

• No refunds for completed or partially completed sessions, late cancellations, non‑attendance, or workshops once commenced

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Divine Healing UK processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
 

Personal data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for legal, insurance, safeguarding, or administrative purposes.
 

We will only contact clients where necessary to provide booked services or where explicit consent has been given.

10. Third‑Party Platforms & Services

This website may link to or use third‑party platforms, including booking systems, website hosting services, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
 

Divine Healing UK is not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of third‑party services. Users are encouraged to review third‑party privacy policies before using external services.

11. Intellectual Property

All session content, recordings, written materials, meditations, and course resources remain the intellectual property of Louise Frances Reid.
 

Materials may not be shared, sold, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Liability

Participation in all services is voluntary.
 

Divine Healing UK accepts no liability for decisions, actions, interpretations, emotional responses, or outcomes arising during or after sessions or courses.

13. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply.

Agreement

By booking, attending, or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
